• 190 seniors reported having bone problems such as arthritis

• 195 reported lacking medications for chronic illness

• 180 reported paresthesia and unspecific pain

• 160 reported hypertension

• A significant number of the seniors hadn’t had a health care assessment in over 3 years despite their ongoing chronic pains

• A majority of seniors on NCD medication had interrupted drug schedules due to lack of routine prescription refills
