Director
Rtd Bishop Samwiri
Wabulakha
I hold a diploma in Theology and a degree in Divinity,
which have been instrumental in shaping my journey
in ministry. Throughout my life, I have been blessed
to serve in various roles within the Anglican Church of
Uganda, from a dedicated lay leader to a Bishop,
both at the parish and Diocesan levels.
By the Grace of God, I had the honor of serving as
the Bishop of Mbale Diocese from 1999 to 2008. My
time in this role was incredibly fulfilling, and upon
retirement, I made a personal commitment to remain
active and unwavering in God's service. While I may
be retired, my spirit remains fervent, and I can
confidently say that I am "retired but not tired."
My devotion lies in spreading the good news of
Christ to all of God's people. I am passionate about
fostering social inclusion, embracing community
development, and providing support to the most
vulnerable among us. It is my firm belief that by
uplifting those in need and fostering a sense of
belonging, we can create a more compassionate and
harmonious society.
I consider myself a humble servant of God, dedicated
to following His path and making a positive impact in
the lives of others. I am eager to continue God's
ministry passionately and gracefully, as there is no
greater joy for me than witnessing the transformative
power of faith and love.
As I embark on this continued journey, I remain open
to collaborations and partnerships with like-minded
individuals and organizations who share the same
commitment to spreading God's message of hope
and compassion.
Thank you for taking the time to read about my life's
work and aspirations. I am always available to engage
in meaningful conversations or explore ways in which
we can join hands to make a difference in the lives of
many.
May God's grace and blessings be with you always.
